Lesson on Courage
Hello,
Today I'd like to finish up our lesson on Courage. Mark Twain once said, "Courage is not the lack of fear. It is acting in spite of it." And this quote essentially summarizes exactly what we are going for in this final lesson. Fear cannot be eliminated entirely, and if it were we would lose a very valuable asset. But courage is our ability to master this fear and act past it in order to live a more fulfilled and free life.
The act of being afraid is not the same as allowing the things we fear to control us. Fear can be extremely useful, in fact. If we see something we want to avoid often this avoidance will manifest emotionally within us in the form of fear. But what if something we want is just beyond the things we fear? What if you know you must overcome your fear if you are to lead a more fulfilled life or achieve your goals?
Often this same courage is essential when it comes to self preservation. No one wants to be caught in a situation where they need to overcome their fears to survive, but many people find themselves in situations just like that. During a fire, for example, many firefighters discover groups of people who perish simply because they were overcome with fear rather than the drive to save themselves. In the name of self preservation many people would have ordinarily been afraid of fire, but as this and many other examples demonstrate, overcoming this fear could have actually saved the people involved. The same could be said for many aspects of life including birth. Many parents encounter a moment of fear just as a baby is about to be born. Of course they must overcome this fear (or be crippled by it) through bolstering their own courage. Of course our entrainment therapy is most effective at helping you push through obstacles that you would ordinarily be afraid of. You can find it at http://www.store.unexplainable.net/products/courage.php
To tell the difference between courage and a simple lack of fear, we must first understand that fear is the overcoming of an obstacle that stands in our way. People fear many things, but perhaps the most common fear people feel is the crippling fear about the uncertainty of life. So many elements of our lives are uncertain that we naturally seem to spend a lot of time wondering about the uncertain elements. Many people never overcome this fear and spend their lives isolating themselves from the outside world. Courage is most important to those who suffer from this form of social isolation.
And of course there is very good reason to be concerned about too much fear. In addition to isolation, and inaction in an emergency, uncontrolled fear also manifests by generally reducing the quality of life for all those afflicted by it.
But why is it important to understand this difference? Now that we have a better understanding of the difference between a lack of fear and courage, it's easier to take a very important step forward: recognizing the courage within yourself. When you act courageously while still afraid it's important to recognize this. By recognizing the courage that resides within you, you can get that much closer to properly forming a self image where you reliably have the ability to overcome this fear. Our entrainment therapy is also designed to help with this process as well. By recognizing yourself as a brave individual, you help yourself get that extra boost when trying to overcome adversity in the future. If you're ready to stop living in fear, you can find our courage entrainment therapy at http://www.store.unexplainable.net/products/courage.php
I hope you found our guide on courage helpful. Fear is often a dangerous limiting force that keeps us from living fulfilling lives. By mastering our fears we get that much closer to becoming the people we truly want to be.

Balanced Life
Do you ever feel overwhelmed with your life? I know that feeling when life gets out of hand and you feel almost paralyzed because of all the choices, options and things that you have to deal with.
Making choices in life should be easy. However it seems that everywhere we are bombarded with a huge Overwhelm Monster that is constantly out to get us. There is too much of everything: stuff, tasks, responsibilities and definitely not enough space or time for it.
The worst thing is that somehow we always want more. Did you ever dream about having 48 hours in a day so that you could cram more activities in it? Did you wish you had a bigger house, or even closet or attic to store all your stuff?
But sometimes when we become overwhelmed with everything that we already have on our plate we realize that we crave basic, even primal simplicity. However it is so difficult to simplify life when you do not even know where to start.
I always imagine a deer that jumps out in front of a car and gets completely startled by the headlights. The poor thing has no idea what is going on and what it should do next. This is the exact feeling that I have when I face the Mountain of Too Much.
But thankfully there are 10 simple steps that you can make to bring balanced simplicity into your life. I’ve tried them and I guarantee that they work.
1.Set Priorities. If you do not know where to start then first you have to figure out what is really important in your life. At different stages of our lives we can have different priorities. Analyze what is important to you now. Do you spend enough time on this priority? Do you spend more time on things that have no connection at all with your main priorities?
2.Organize your day. Once you have figured out what is important to you, start going through your daily activities. Is there anything that you can eliminate? Is there something that you can delegate? (You know, it’s okay to ask somebody for help or to pay somebody for this help. We are not super humans after all.)
3.Declutter your house. Start with the room where you spend the most time. Put away things that you do not use, throw away things that you do not need, give away something as well. Start with just one shelf or drawer at a time and spend at least 15 minutes a day organizing one tiny part of your house. These baby steps will slowly but surely bring your house into order.
4.Find “me” time. So often we focus on everything else in the world but completely forget about our personal time. This time is vitally important to our emotional and physical balance. Make sure that every day you have at least 15 minutes for yourself. Spend this time meditating, praying, reading a book, writing in your journal or doing any other activity that brings your inner world into balance.
5.Declutter your digital world. Information can be even more cluttering than actual stuff. Make sure that you get rid of any email subscriptions that you do not need. Stop spending your time on Social Media websites (just pick up a phone and talk to your friends personally.)Organize information in your computer (start by getting rid of all the unnecessary shortcuts on your desktop) and get rid of any unnecessary gadgets.
6.Eat a simple and balanced diet. Food that you put in your body should give you balance and energy.
■Choose natural foods (basically anything without preservatives, artificial flavors and weird-sounding chemicals),
■Get rid of junk food in your diet (anything from soda to chips and fries),
■Cook from scratch as many of your meals as possible,
■Use a wide variety of ingredients focusing on lean protein, produce (organic if possible), whole grains and healthy fats.
7.Exercise. Exercise is an essential part of any balanced lifestyle. You can keep your workouts as simple (like walking or biking) or as complex as you want. Make sure that every day you have at least 30 minutes of physical activity (it can be broken down into three 10-minute workouts during the day.) Sedentary lifestyle can be called the #1 killer in the world today because it aggravates and dramatically increases your chances of developing every possible life-threatening condition.
8.Declutter your inner world. The heaviest baggage that we carry around is our memories and emotions. Positive ones definitely motivate us and inspire. However more often than not we focus on negative experiences. Talk about stuff that bothers you, write it down, let it go, forgive. There is no point in living in the past because there is no way of changing it or relive it. A present and bright future is the only things that should really matter to you.
9.Don’t take the simplicity road yourself. If you have a family it is important to talk to your loved ones about simplifying your lifestyle. Make sure that everyone understands and supports your motives. Sometimes it may take time for your loved ones to embrace simplicity, so don’t push them. Start with the things they are comfortable with (making changes to the diet or making sure that each of you has enough “me” time) and then gradually move to more complicated areas. Make an attempt to understand them because we all have different ways of looking at things.
10.Learn to live with less. When you make a transition from living for stuff to living for experiences you make room in your life for more. Spend more time with your family, more time pursuing your hobby or passion as well as more time growing spiritually. More time enjoying and taking in every day of your life. Now, this is true life balance in my opinion – having enough time and energy for things that truly matter.

The Tradition of Herb People
In recent centuries the progress of scientific medical research
and the discovery of so many reliable cures for man's various
ailments by dedicated doctors, have largely supplanted, among
modern people, the general need tor widespread knowledge of
herb medicines.
One of the few remaining places where I have had the
opportunity to observe a lingering interest in herb medicines
and similarly useful plants, is the desert regions of the
southwestern United States and northern Mexico. Here, in spite
of our space-age advancement and miraculous medicines, the
native people continue to display a proud knowledge of their
flora and its many practical uses.
In Mexico particularly the outdoor people such as ranchers, miners, and
fishermen of lonely coastal waters, early inherit a superb
education in the use of herbs and plants; then they proceed to
expand upon that knowledge throughout their lifetime.
I know nothing of the science of botany and very little about
herbs. It is the people — those who display a fascination for the
flora which surrounds them and who possess a keen knowledge
of the medicinal, structural, or nutritional values of this plant
life — who command my attention and respect. My interest in
this subject, therefore, stems not at all from the desire to
become an authority on herbs and shrubs and vines, but
mainly from the enjoyment of recalling the pleasant memories
I hold of nightly visits around late campfires with my friends
of Mexican and Indian descent. Now, almost every useful plant
I recognize in the Southwest serves to remind me of a certain
instance when my Mother give me lecture on its particular virtues.
The manner in which certain herbs and plants are invariably
used identically as remedies for sickness, as tonics, or for other
practical purposes, regardless of distances or different
languages involved, has to me become the object of fascinated
reflection. In the many Indian dialects of southern California,
for example, a single herb may have half a dozen different
names, as well as one in Spanish and two or three in English;
yet always it is used in an identical manner and for identical
reasons.
My friend David form Mexico is a outstanding hunter and tracker and knows mining, timbering,
and a lot about the sawmill business. His knowledge of herbs
and useful plans is encyclopedic.
Angel Lopez, formerly of Ixclan, Nyarit, is also a man of selfreliance
and unusal capabilities. He attributes the cure of his
stomach ulcers, shortly after he came to the United States, to
the herb teas he took while he was working as a section hand on
the railroad. He now has a few head of milk cows, some poultry,
and a good many beehives from which he derives his principal
income. He is the gentlest person with livestock I believe I have
ever seen and is so considerate of his bees that his actions seem
to border on the ridiculous. I have watched him hunting about his place on cold,
spring evenings, carefully gathering up those bees too
chilled and too heavily laden with pollen to fly.
He gently puts them in his old felt hat,
and after searching until he's sure that none will be left
out to suffer further from the cold, he carries them to
his car and closes them in for the night. He is an
enthusiastic student of natural things and a man of
infinite patience. I once visited with him as he dug a
colony of ants out of the ground near his house, put
them all in a fruit jar, and transplanted them several miles away,
rather than exterminate them, that's how ancient people exterminate lot's of plagues.
That's the kind of relationship with nature I admire.
My own great grandfather, my grandfather, Great grandmother, my Grandmother, My Mother.
All showed and passed along a respect for Nature and not so much by words.
As a child all this seem really natural, until I left home and I realize not everybody act that way. I think I never watched a lot of TV or movies, so I was a little bit naive.
Today I am so proud of them and my heritage.
That is may be the reason why I couldn't get ride of the chili plant my neighbour gave me last summer when it got a plague "the white fly' which is impossible to get ride of (Is that what the general opinion says). I was attached to the chili plant, I couln't get ride of it. I took care of it, and today still alive.. no plague.
That's why I celebrate the science behind the Univera products I get for my family, because it share the same vision about nature and it powerful propeties with the same respect and enjoyment I learned from my ancestors

Stop Begging! Start Manifesting
Stop Begging! Start Manifesting
by Yvette Zwyssig
Do you remember that first spark of hope you felt when you watched The Secret?... I do remember the desire that filled my heart, knowing that – Yes, I can make my dreams come true.
How many of you (and be honest now) started muttering things like:
- “It seems to work for other people, but I just can’t get it right.”
- “I’m frustrated that sometimes I can get it to work, but sometimes I can’t. Why?”
- “Why am I having trouble?”
- “I think the universe is against me.”
- “I’m trying very, VERY hard but still nothing is happening!”
Or just pretending is working and smiling but...o well!
Don’t worry, you’re not alone. About 97% of people also couldn’t make the Law of Attraction work for them the first time round. Think about it, everything takes practice many times before you see success.
It is necessary to make some adjustments to be able to let yourself go with the flow.
Some times you know you are not having patience and "kind of" give up at least until you try again.
When you’re frustrated, it’s hard to stay positive. And it’s especially harder to stay positive when the evidence all around you is screams negativity like the unstable economy or senseless oil spilled in the golf of Mexico, or whatever!
And do you know what happens when you fail to stay positive? That’s right – you start attracting negative things in to your life.
So how can you make the Law of Attraction work for you – without getting frustrated? How do those who successfully implement the Law of Attraction do it ?
Here’s three quick tips so you never feel frustrated or tired of begging from the universe, because you know how to start manifesting like a pro.
1. Allow Yourself To Receive
Just like a lost child who approaches a police officer and asks, “Excuse me Sir, can you tell me how to go to the post office? Can you? Can you? Can you? Can you? Can you?” If the child goes on and on asking, the police officer can’t even give an answer, right?
Your mind works the same. If the only thing your mind is doing is transmit, transmit, transmit, the universe — which is trying to respond — can’t give you a single thing because you’re not allowing yourself to receive!
So, have confidence in yourself ! stop exhausting yourself by running around person to person begging for riches wondering why nobody is dropping a penny in your cup.
( It’s because you’re running away too fast for them before they can even reach for their wallets).
2. Be Patient With Yourself
Receiving takes time.
A lot of people give up just before the finish line because they’ve decided that if it’s not working by now, it’s never going to work at all. Worse still are those who throw in more and more energy because they think that with more resources, the results will come faster.
This is like expecting bake cookies in half the time by doubling the temperature. You’ll definetly burn the cookies.
So relax and be patient. Remember that you too, as part of the universe, are also governed by the laws of the universe, and you cannot change the natural time.
If you remember this, you will less likely work yourself up into frustration, or push yourself into a spiral of negativity.
3. Support and Educate Yourself
You also need to guidance on how to do it!
Many people give up because they think that “The Secret” is the “be all and end all” solution. Well, it’s NOT. “The Secret” is just a small portion. It was never intended, and has never been, the whole answer.
The conclusion that the Law of Attraction doesn’t work when all you ever did to educate yourself was watch “The Secret” 23 times (without looking at changing the habits of other areas of your life) is like coming to the conclusion that exercising is not an effective way to lose weight because all you did is run on the treadmill for 2 hours a day but you’re still stuffing yourself with fried foods and cheesecakes...and may be the burned cookies.
So seek new knowledge, make an effort to be amongst people or communities where you can support and learn from each other sharing what you have found.
While the Law of Attraction is not an overnight delivery service, it will indeed deliver.

Power to Influence Others Rather than control Them
I am reading this great book,
Do yo know about the law of attraction?...well if you want to get insight about it or you want to became an expert and teach the law of attraction I recommend you to visit: http://bit.ly/bXJ0g0 or http://www.the11forgottenlaws.com/?p=2895
After go get the book I am reading right now, is called "The Vortex" by Esther and Jerry Hicks
It is amazing and I am impressed by it in so many levels.
I just want to post something that I read today about the Power to Influence Others Rather Than Control Them:
"When someone seeks control over another person, or over a situation, they never achieve it, because in the attitude of control there is such a big component of knowing what you don't want that your vibration and point of attraction are working in opposition to your actual desire".The Vortex: Where the Law of Attraction Assembles All Cooperative Relationships
Tell me what do you think...

Make a good impression
Relax.
Just play it cool. Don't panic and try to be yourself. People are perceived as more attractive when they are having a good time.
Smile
Remember a smiling face is what people want to see. A serious face gives all the wrong impressions, so keep smiling.
Don't knock yourself out trying to be clever.
Whatever you do please don't try to hard to show something that you are not. You might just be making a fool of yourself.
Be less-than perfect.
Don't try to show that you are Miss Perfect. Be careful not to praise your many virtues to the point of boredom, or even suspicion. No one can be that perfect. Your minor faults and charming inconsistencies make you human, interesting and approachable.
Avoid sending up red flags.
Don't whine, complain or drivel on about any problems in your life. Refrain from casting yourself in the role of the victim or the depressed soul. Be positive and optimistic. Chaos, depression and drama aren't attractive attributes.
The eyes have it.
As they say "The eyes are the window to the soul". While you are talking to the person in front of you look into his eyes while talking and listen deeply and intensely. Pay attention to person in front of you and don't look off to the side or at another person.
Say it with style.
What you say may not be as important as how you say it. Play with language. Be smart and creative.
Use the magic touch.
A slight touch of the hand conveys a lot. So when you shake hands make the grip firm and confident. It's also fine to reach out and give a casual pat on the first date. If he is interested in you he will also touch you back.
Slouch not.
Just as good posture shows confidence, slouching or standing with your arms folded across your chest sends an insecure message. Arms that are out and away from you convey that you are interested.
Be yourself.
This is most important. Don't say you're a vegetarian if you really eat meat. Don't try to do something just because you want to impress your date. Be sincere and truthful.
Close with confidence.
Lastly make the other person feel that you had a great time. Offer your hand for a shake and say with assurance, "It's been nice talking to you." This will definitely leave your audience wanting for more.
